Our property is located in front of a farm in a very quiet part of the village.

Our garden is bordered by hedges and Burgundian stone walls. Adjoining its right side is the Champagny sous Uxelles "Castle" with its 4-hectare park and many horses. A few kilometers walk will take you to the communal pond, abounding in a great variety of fishes. In summer, many multicolored butterflies remind us of the quality of the biodiversity .Forest lovers can take the many trails in the area.

Our two apartments are separated and both very pleasant to live in.

They are equipped with all the modern comfort you need. The original building is a typical burgundy farmhouse whose arriginal architecture has been preserved. Both cottages are duplex apartments independant from the main building where your host live. They're built on the first and second floor levels and accessible by taking an outside independant stone staircase.

We have a heated pool and a large garden where you can relax as soon as Spring comes out.

Whatever style you choose, you will have great memories of your stay.
